David Staiti is the Founder and Managing Partner of Virtus Recruiting. David established Virtus in 2009 and he is a 25 year veteran in the executive search space. He has worked with a variety of clients across a range of industries. He’s successfully completed hundreds of search assignments for companies that range from small startups, to Fortune 100 organizations. David is regarded as an expert in the search field and he has spoken at industry conferences and has published numerous articles on career management and job search advice for the Wall Street Journal, Forbes.com, and Careerbulider.
David is an avid golfer, amateur astronomer and the proud father of 3 kids. He graduated from Boston College with a BA in Political Science and History, and he was a former American Debate Association National Champion.
Mark Rosen, Partner
Mark is a Partner at Virtus Recruiting.
Mark Rosen is a family man first and a business owner second. He’s thrilled that he’s never missed one of his daughter’s swim meets or one of his son’s basketball games while building a business that focuses on providing first-class service to his clients and candidates. A graduate of Babson College and an alum of Deloitte, Mark realized early on that he likes accountants more than he likes accounting. Mark is a big fan of all the Boston sports teams and loves to cook. More accurately, he really likes to cook , but loves to eat!!! Mark hopes to invent the 25th hour of each day and expects that his invention will make him the first billionaire in his family.
